Amanda E Ais

Amanda Elizabeth Ais passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the age of 74. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, her family moved to the New York City area during her adolescence. Later she would go on to marry and raise four children whom she loved dearly. Prior to retiring, Amanda worked in the medical industry for over 30 years. She was the consummate provider for her family and was beloved by her colleagues.

Amanda made the best of her post-retirement life by traveling, bowling, taking dance classes, and investing in health & fitness. She also spent a lot of that time with family. Amanda loved her children and, especially, took the time to nurture relationships with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends were a big part of what brought Amanda joy. She will be deeply missed by all.

Amanda is survived by her: sister, Versie, four children, Henry, Versie, Stevan and Stephanie; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and one great nephew.
