Mr. Edgardo Villafranca

Edgardo Villafranca, 82, passed away at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, October 6, 2022. He was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and came to the United States many years ago. Edgardo was residing in Somerset, NJ at the time of his death.
Edgardo was a Hi-Low Driver for the Firestone Corporation and for many years with Tops Appliance City.
An avid NY Mets fan, he also enjoyed soccer and spending time with his family.
Predeceased by his parents, Anibal Villafranca and Maria De Los Angeles Balderramos, and his first wife Lissette Villafranca, Edgardo is survived by his second wife Enercida Peralta, his sons Edgardo Villafranca and Emmanuel Luis Villafranca, his sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Gonzalo Zavala, many nieces and nephews and his closest friends Jesus and Ramona Resto.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Entombment Service at St. Peter's Cemetery and Mausoleum, Somerset Street, (Route 27), New Brunswick on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 12:30 pm.
