Edward Paul Fleet

Edward Fleet (Buddy), of North Brunswick, NJ, passed away peacefully with family by his side on April 14, 2026 at the age of 62. He was born in Staten Island, NY on June 20, 1963.Loving son to the late Bertha Garban (2023) and Leslie Garban. Beloved brother to Leslie Diaz, Ryan Fleet, Betsy Anderson, and Paul Fleet. Dearest uncle to Maria, Alexis, Ashleigh, Samantha, Steven and Matthew. Eddie’s had two holidays that he cherished, those where Thanksgiving and Christmas. Eddie loves Jesus, Parks, Puzzles, coloring, fire trucks, soccer, Yankees, School buses, baseball, music, and Elvis. Some of his favorite fast-food places are Burger King, McDonalds and he loved Barbecues. His favorite movies are Spiderman, Karate Kid, Rocky. He also had some favorite T.V. shows, Scooby Doo, A-Team, Everyone loves Raymond, and The Golden Girls. Some of his favorite foods were Cheeseburgers, French fries, Hotdogs, Chicken Nuggets, Pizza, Ice cream, Mac and Cheese, Chicken and Rice, Stuffing. He was a big animal lover who loves horses and Dogs…Janey and Chelsea.

Eddie was a Kind and Gentle soul who loved and was loved by God, family, friends and all who came in contact with him.

He had a way of making everyone feel special and his warmth will stay with us forever.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Magyar Reformed Church 175 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
