Above all, Susan loved spending time with her family, and especially adored her two granddaughters and her great nephew Ashton, who brought her so much joy and who also adored her. She was a long time, dedicated member of the Raritan Valley Chapter of Hadassah where she was a Vice President of Fundraising and a chairperson on many committees. She also volunteered for the East Brunswick Chapter of Deborah for many years, and was a longtime member of Highland Park Conservative Temple. Susan enjoyed theater, films, good food, and listening and singing along to her favorite artist, Neil Diamond, who she saw live in concert more times than she could keep track of. She went above and beyond to make people feel special and cared about, and she will be remembered lovingly for her warmth, empathy, and her gift for speaking and writing eloquently.
