Vickie was born in New Brunswick in 1923 to Aron and Esther Horowitz Wysoker. Her family moved to Highland Park when she was a pre-teen. After Louis’ death in 2000, she returned to Highland Park. Throughout her life Vickie served in many board positions of the Southern New Jersey Region of Hadassah and she volunteered for Jewish Family Service.
