Vladimir Brodsky, 71, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. He was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. Vladimir came to Highland Park, NJ 38 years ago to pursue his passion of watch making. He completed all of his schooling in St. Petersburg, Russia. Vladimir has been living in North Brunswick for the last 30 years.
Vladimir was a craftsman with his main focus being watch making. He belonged to the International Watch Makers and Collectors Association. He enjoyed traveling.
His mission in life was to be a devoted husband and father and to take care of his extended family as well. He strived to be a great family man and friend to all.
Predeceased by his parents Alexey Brodsky and Rakhil Vlodavaskaya, he is the loving husband of 22 years to Tatiana (Gocharenko) Brodsky and devoted father to Igor Brodsky, dear brother to Yelena Elkin and her husband Vadim. Also surviving is his nephew Daniel Elkin and his wife Cindy and their daughter Juliana.
Funeral Services will be held at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin.
